Position Overview:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing stock and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, confirming quantities and part specifications against documentation.
  • Organize and store materials systematically on shelves, racks, or designated areas.
  • Input inventory and accounts payable data into the company database.
  • Prepare electronic component kits for production needs.
  • Issue replacement components to support the production process.
  • Execute inventory transactions within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Conduct counts and replenish materials returned from production.
  • Perform Cycle Counting for electronic components to maintain accuracy.
  • Handle moisture-sensitive components appropriately, including the use of desiccants and sealing methods.

Collaborate with production planners to address shortages, prepare kits, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth flow of materials to the production floor.

Adhere to safety protocols by wearing personal protective equipment as required and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Follow established company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
