About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow recipes and product instructions to ensure accurate preparation of menu items.
  • Estimate food requirements and plan inventory to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Operate a range of kitchen equipment and utensils to prepare, cook, and present food in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods, and properly store food to maintain quality and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer needs.
