We're seeking a passionate and experienced pediatric RN with management expertise to lead our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Center in Harrisburg, PA. As the Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in clinical care and efficient management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Lead a Stellar Team: Interview, hire, and develop top talent to ensure we have the best-qualified staff delivering exceptional care.

  • Drive Excellence: Conduct annual evaluations, set ambitious goals, and ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.

  • Champion Clinical Care: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to oversee our clinical program, ensuring each patient receives care that is consistent with physician orders.
  • Organize and Optimize: Plan, delegate, and manage responsibilities effectively to keep our center running smoothly.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Pediatric Nursing
  • CPR Certification
  • PA RN License
  • Clear Criminal Background Check
  • Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five years of pediatric healthcare experience
  • Home health management experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
