Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in upholding adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; ensure that Company policies and standards are executed effectively; hold the team accountable for store performance and conditions.
  • Oversee and assist with the receiving processes, leading teams to meet established standards; achieve your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guide your team to meet their individual KPIs.
  • Implement and manage the planogram process to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Execute and support promotional set processes.
  • Administer shrink and safety initiatives.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required.
  • Maintain seasonal displays and ensure feature areas align with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members; engage in Talent Development activities; take part in Performance Management processes for your team; utilize leadership competencies for ongoing self-improvement.
  • Foster a positive and respectful environment by interacting with others in a courteous manner; remain optimistic and respectful, even in challenging situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; serve as a role model for peers.
  • Assist customers by acknowledging their needs, helping them locate products, and providing effective solutions.
  • Support Omni-channel initiatives.
  • Be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production.
Additional Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail merchandising and customer service is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to navigate throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

Work Environment:
  • Retail store setting focused on customer service; public areas are climate-controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled; outdoor tasks may include retrieving shopping carts or unloading deliveries; work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Base pay range for this position is $21.40.
