The successful candidate will serve as the face of our company, showcasing individual apartments, property amenities, and local community features to potential residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours of our apartment communities, highlighting floor plans, amenities, and local attractions.
- Sell our properties over the phone or online, converting leads into on-site visits.
- Greet all visitors to our leasing office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our properties and local market trends.
- Apply product knowledge to meet the needs of prospective residents, effectively communicating features and benefits.
- Represent our company in a professional manner at all times.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Accept maintenance requests, submit tickets, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Handle resident calls and in-person concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Respect tenant confidentiality, maintain safety, and uphold Fair Housing Laws.
You will be responsible for preparing and processing lease documents, rental payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Acknowledge and process rent payments from tenants.
- Facilitate the move-in and move-out process, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Provide general clerical assistance, including answering phones and taking messages.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing circumstances.
