Job Description

This is a dynamic position that combines sales and exceptional customer service skills to make a genuine impact on people's lives. The successful candidate will serve as the face of our company, showcasing individual apartments, property amenities, and local community features to potential residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours of our apartment communities, highlighting floor plans, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Sell our properties over the phone or online, converting leads into on-site visits.
  • Greet all visitors to our leasing office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our properties and local market trends.
  • Apply product knowledge to meet the needs of prospective residents, effectively communicating features and benefits.
  • Represent our company in a professional manner at all times.
Customer Service Skills

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

  • Accept maintenance requests, submit tickets, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle resident calls and in-person concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respect tenant confidentiality, maintain safety, and uphold Fair Housing Laws.
Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for preparing and processing lease documents, rental payments, and other administrative tasks.

  • Acknowledge and process rent payments from tenants.
  • Facilitate the move-in and move-out process, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide general clerical assistance, including answering phones and taking messages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing circumstances.
