Job DescriptionAs a Receptionist at ApTask, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately track and record client information.
- Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and recording of all charges, overtime, logs, and entries throughout your shift.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper person.
- Take accurate and complete messages for employees who may be unavailable.
- Greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner.
- Reception and hospitality experience, professional office work experience (law office preferred), customer service, and professional experience working with customers and internal professional staff.
