Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Stay current with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- BLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Computer skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritization and organizational abilities.
