Position Overview:

  • Administer a purchase order system to streamline procurement processes.
  • Handle employee credit card applications and associated transactions.
  • Assist in accounts payable functions to guarantee timely and precise invoice processing.
  • Deliver comprehensive analysis and clarifications of financial transactions.
  • Conduct detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
  • Support payroll systems and related activities.
  • Generate monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for external audits.
  • Engage in various accounting, financial, or administrative duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Essential Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks.
Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
