Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team in Fresno, CA. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized service
  • Provide financial solutions and recommendations to customers, including banking products and services
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
