Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our surgery center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the surgery center, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and present annual budgets for the department, focusing on revenue performance and budgetary variances.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Improvement: Stay informed on regulatory and professional standards, ensuring the surgery center maintains full compliance.
- Program Development and Coordination: Plan and support program development within the department, coordinating administrative functions and aligning them with growth objectives.
- Human Resources Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical personnel, ensuring efficient role execution.
- Technology and Operations Enhancement: Identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital perioperative setting, with a strong background in revenue cycle management.
- Strong fiscal management abilities and experience in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of addressing queries from patients, physicians, and staff.
Salary: $175,000-220,000. This range is not a guarantee. The actual salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and education and could fall outside of this range. Contact us for more information.
