We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team as a Charge Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care, while also mentoring and guiding other nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, monitoring physiological and behavioral status, and evaluating patient progress.
- Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current AL RN License.
- 1 year critical care experience preferred.
- ACLS, PALS, BLS certification required.
