- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
