This role offers the flexibility of casual work hours, allowing you to contribute as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Implement emergency triage protocols for patient intake, discharge, or admission.
- Provide immediate care to patients of varying ages, adjusting treatment plans as their conditions evolve.
- Utilize cultural competence to ensure patient care aligns with individual values and beliefs, while meticulously documenting care plans and patient progress.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, including mentoring and experience enhancement activities.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Completion of PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications within six months of employment.
