Key Responsibilities:


• Facilitate sessions to gather business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business products and their integration with Calypso functionalities.


• Develop, document, and execute test cases, demonstrating proficiency in end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


• Translate business needs into structured Calypso requirements, followed by configuration, execution, and thorough documentation of the solution.


• Collaborate with teams and business stakeholders to formulate testing strategies and detailed test cases.


• Oversee testing processes for various software releases.


• Provide automation expertise and support for testing tools, ensuring high-quality testing outcomes.


• Manage requirements planning and execution, maintaining accountability throughout the process.


• Gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements.


• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, working closely with business and systems experts.


• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, procedures, data, and rules.


• Negotiate and influence the direction of requirements.


• Identify and propose solutions to business challenges.


• Create business process models, context diagrams, and use case models.


• Apply best practices in formal requirement elicitation within the Calypso framework.


• Facilitate process improvement and mapping sessions.


• Adhere to established software development processes and protocols.


• Define and update documentation tools, including business terminology and data dictionaries.

Required Skills:


• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience with Calypso (preferably version 14 and above), including configuration of Static Data Filters, Reports, Limits, and Workflows, alongside a solid understanding of the Compliance Module.


• Familiarity with derivative and fixed income products, particularly regarding compliance workflows related to limit breaches and regulatory reporting.


• Experience in defining data requirements for the development of automated compliance monitoring processes.


• Proficient in agile methodologies, including Scrum, with experience using Jira.


• Capable of operating at a high technical level across various phases of business and systems analysis, while considering the business implications of technology applications.


• Experienced in Waterfall methodologies.


• Proven ability to collaborate with investment professionals to elicit and refine requirements.


• Experience in investment-focused projects.


• A seasoned professional adept at managing broad-scope projects with medium to long-term objectives.


• Ability to understand the interconnections between tasks and milestones across related projects.


• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex issues independently.


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


• Attention to detail combined with a strategic perspective.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient in standard documentation tools such as Visio, Excel, and Word.
