Pediatric Speech Therapist

Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to students in a school district in Graniteville, South Carolina.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 based on national averages and considering the location.

About the Job

• This full-time position requires a valid South Carolina State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
• Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
• Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
