Mailroom Associate

Conduent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our team. As a Mailroom Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom, handling a high volume of mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and process mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner
• Receive and deliver mail and packages to various departments within the company
• Operate a scanning machine to rescan mail and make it legible for review
• Follow mailroom security procedures and company policies
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
