We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Assistant Professor/Rheumatologist/Clinical Educator to join our team at Upstate University Hospital. The successful candidate will be part of our clinician-educator track and may have the opportunity to lead the clinical fellowship program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality research and maintain a strong publication record.
- Provide clear and effective instruction within your area of expertise.
- Deliver clinical care in internal medicine.
- Offer research training to medical, graduate, and post-doctoral students.
- Collaborate with colleagues on problems related to your area of expertise.
- Participate in annual performance reviews.
Requirements:
- MD or foreign equivalent.
- NYS medical license.
- BC/BE in internal medicine and rheumatology.
- Research interest in autoimmune rheumatic diseases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- History of extramural funding.
Work Environment:
Monday through Friday daytime hours.
Compensation:
DOQ (Dependent on Qualifications).
