Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients and collaborating with physicians to deliver optimal patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Identifying patient requirements and establishing care priorities through thorough assessments.
- Developing and coordinating individualized care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
- Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care effectively.
- Documenting care in accordance with established standards and clinical priorities.
- Advocating for evidence-based practices and supporting innovations in care delivery.
- Providing patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related specialty.
- Current RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- At least 2 years of recent NICU experience is required.
- Experience in stabilizing newborns during labor and delivery is preferred.
