MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to fill a travel position in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
- Set controls on CT equipment, monitor patient and equipment, and make adjustments as needed.
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast media.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images appropriately.
- Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
- Charge procedures and supplies used to patient records.
- Eighteen months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
- ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
- Licensure in most states.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
- Full coverage of credentialing fees.
- Private housing or housing allowance.
