We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Traveling LPN in the South Georgia Region. As a Traveling LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including correctional facilities, and provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information. You will also be expected to maintain a professional and positive attitude, diffuse situations, and report information appropriately to other GENESYS Health staff members.

This is a full-time position, with 30% of work time spent traveling and 70% spent performing job duties at the site. You will be required to work at multiple locations, including Bryan, Liberty, McIntosh, and Tattnall County. Overnight stays may be required for visits, training, and meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in nursing, a current multistate license, and experience in correctional nursing. You will also need to have problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and certification in health care provider basic life support, including AED/First Aid.

We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and PTO. We also offer a $500 monthly stipend and a physical setting in corrections (jail/prison/detention center).
