At Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital, we are seeking a skilled RN Med Surg Ortho PT Nights to join our team. This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association and others as required by individual department.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

Work Experience:

  • One (1) year as an RN.
