Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
- Assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations in stressful situations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, rotated Saturdays, and some holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
