We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading healthcare provider. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations in stressful situations
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, rotated Saturdays, and some holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
