Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging patients using CT scanners, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation, adapting protocols as necessary for patients of all ages
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient imaging environment, adhering to infection control standards and utilizing PPE as needed
  • Performing quality assurance (QA) on CT scanners, ensuring optimal performance and image quality
  • Transporting hazardous waste from the point of generation to a designated secure storage area, following established procedures
Requirements
  • ARRT and State of Florida registered technologist, current and in good standing
  • ARRT R (CT) certification
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
