Overview:

The Spartech Greenville Facility specializes in producing a wide range of specialty products, including high-quality PETG face shields and flame-retardant materials used in various industries such as aerospace and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute material handling tasks in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Participate in the training of new staff members.
- Assist in maintaining departmental records and documentation.
- Uphold safe work practices and report any exceptions as necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and environmental compliance within the workspace.
- Inspect and report any issues related to equipment, supplies, or materials to the Supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, along with problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules, shipping documents, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and commit to collective goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, SAP, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Forklift operation experience is required.
