Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical unit environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, and ETOH withdrawal.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- BSN preferred; ADNs required with commitment to obtaining BSN within three years.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care or sub-acute care.
- BLS certification required.
