We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Arizona Western College in Yuma, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our food service, including culinary, retail, and catering.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
- Ensuring Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality
- Developing and motivating team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
- Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of basic management experience
- 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services
