Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Arizona Western College in Yuma, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our food service, including culinary, retail, and catering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
  • Ensuring Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality
  • Developing and motivating team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of basic management experience
  • 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services
