We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role involves planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of financial programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the FAA in managing incoming funds from operational direct lines and external customers.
  • Compile, analyze, and maintain a comprehensive list of receivables.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports for managers, ensuring reports are archived annually.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and 15+ years of experience in business, finance, law, contracts, economics, industrial management, quantitative methods, or organization and management. A strong background in accounting, advanced analysis, and proficiency in FAA financial tools such as Delphi and PRISM is required. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

This position is predominately remote, with preferred locations in Oklahoma City, OK, or the surrounding Washington, DC area. Analysts will work collaboratively and act as interchangeable back-ups for one another to ensure seamless operations. Reports and reconciliations will be conducted with adherence to FAA policies and federal compliance standards.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance, if not already held. This process requires U.S. citizenship or specific legal authorization to work in the U.S. and meet federal eligibility requirements.
