Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume cocktail service environment.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a role focused on direct guest interaction is essential.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to initiate and engage in professional and friendly conversations.
  • Must present a polished and approachable appearance to encourage guest interaction.
  • Availability to work any day of the week and at scheduled shifts is necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team.
  • Maintains a well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients is essential.

Physical, Mental, and Environmental Requirements:

  • Requires continuous standing and walking with a tray weighing up to 20lbs throughout the shift.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 20lbs.
  • Ability to work in high temperatures during summer months is necessary.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to access service areas for beverage order pickups is required.
  • Must effectively communicate over the phone in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and reach is necessary.
  • Manual dexterity is required for writing drink orders and preparing beverages.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to both visual and auditory cues.
