Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of room status, guest requests, and lost and found items.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Housekeeping supervisory or related job experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
