We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administering nursing care to residents and patients
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with medical staff
- Ensuring residents receive personalized treatments and medications
- Communicating with residents and their family members to explain care options
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
- Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Documenting interventions and medical histories
- Performing fluid sample draws for lab work
- Leading training and supervision of nursing staff
- Assisting with incident investigations and accuracy of reporting
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $53-$62
- Choice of facilities and shifts (weekends, overnight, per diem, etc.)
- Weekly or daily pay options
