About the Role

Nexus HR Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Corning, New York. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients of all ages with various conditions, including orthopedic and neurological issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other physical therapists and support staff to provide high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
