**Job Summary:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Make resident rounds and administer medication as required
- Verify resident identification and ensure accurate care delivery
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to management

**Requirements:**
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a nursing care setting, or equivalent experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to relate to and work with residents who may be ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, or hostile
