As a travel nurse with Fiber Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
