Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid and unrestricted LPN license in Arkansas.
  • Current TB skin test results.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in home health, hospice, gerontology, geriatrics, or acute care is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage emotional stress and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Must demonstrate empathy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Capable of supervising others and accurately assessing patient conditions.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with liability coverage.

Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing and supportive care in alignment with an interdisciplinary care plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering treatments and educating patients regarding their medical conditions.
  • Offering emotional support and guidance to patients' families.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and operating medical equipment.
  • Administering medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborating closely with Case Managers, Physicians, and other team members to ensure the highest standard of care.
