Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive market.
  • Work with teammates, partners, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients, resulting in a highly satisfied customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell across the bank's various products.
  • Have an outstanding professional reputation, integrity, and community involvement.
  • Service assigned customer relationships by proactively evaluating and mitigating risks and opportunities as established by the policies and procedures of Bank of Hillsboro.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for the credit and continued monitoring of commercial portfolio risks.
  • Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base certificates, portfolio reviews, collection of required periodic financials, annual credit reviews, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of banking or accounting background required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance preferred or equivalent related experience.
  • Advanced sales, negotiation, and communication skills required.
  • Being detailed-oriented and self-motivated is a must.
  • Knowledge of bank products and continual development of product expertise required.
