Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care as defined in the State's Nurse Practice Act
  • Implement plans of care initiated by registered nurses
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Assess and educate patients and their families on diagnosis and care plans
  • Prepare and coordinate clinical notes and progress reports
Qualifications:
  • Current CA Vocational Nurse License
  • Acceptance of new graduates under the Flex Waiver Program
  • Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Current State license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license for local travel
