  • Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor suitability
  • Interact with donors to understand their needs and provide responsive customer service
  • Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up procedures
  • Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates and ensure confidentiality
  • Ensure all donor screening information is complete and accurate
