Resident Ambassador

The Resident Ambassador is a key member of the American Campus Communities team, responsible for creating a dynamic and enhanced living experience for residents. This role requires excellent customer service skills, dedication to our Basic Operating Standards and Systems (BOSS), and a passion for working with students.

• Conduct leasing tours, answer leasing phone calls, and process online inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enter prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system and participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media initiatives, and other community events.
• Assist with the implementation of renewal marketing campaign elements, including renewal events, and enthusiastically support off-site marketing efforts on-campus, in the community, and at special events.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or certificate program in progress from an accredited college or university and be available to work regular office and on-call shifts, weekdays and weekends, based on academic schedule availability.
