About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Mercy. As a diagnostic ultrasound specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in gathering echocardiographic data necessary for diagnostic decisions.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, including reviewing patient history and supporting clinical data to facilitate optimum diagnostic results.
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and assist in lifting patients, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) prerequisites for education and required clinical experience.
  • Registry or registry-eligible status with the ARDMS.
  • American Heart Association BLS Heartsaver Card or obtain within probationary period.
