About the Role

At Activate Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Event Producer to join our team of experts in crafting unforgettable experiences for top brands. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Develop and manage comprehensive event schedules, ensuring timely delivery of client objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute experiential marketing plans.
    • Oversee the construction and fabrication of custom displays, event assets, and touring vehicles.
  • Project Management
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring final profitability and meeting client expectations.
    • Secure necessary permits and approvals for special events, food service, and road closures.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead on-site teams, directing crew members to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
    • Mentor and delegate tasks to junior production staff, promoting growth and development.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of related experience in event production or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client events and activations.
