Location Description:
This esteemed hotel is located in the Cranberry Woods business park and boasts a 5-star rating. To maintain our exceptional service, we're seeking a skilled Housekeeping Inspector who can manage and instruct room attendants and housepersons. With over 230 properties worldwide, our team strives for excellence.

Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have six months of supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience. They should be proficient in English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms and corridors.
• Mentoring and evaluating the performance of room attendants and housepersons.
• Compiling work performance reports and submitting them to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Executing inventory checks of furniture, fixtures, and supplies.
• Ensuring carts and linen/supply closets are well-maintained and stocked according to departmental standards.

Salary & BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, ranging from $42,000 to $55,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide an impressive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan and other perks. These benefits commence on the first day of the month after your employment begins, with estimated annual benefits between $12,000 and $25,000.
