Responsibilities

The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for:

  • Managing SED and SMI packets, including compilation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date packets.
  • Collaborating with internal and external entities to collect necessary information and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of assessments and service plans, providing constructive feedback to staff, and addressing any deficiencies or gaps.
  • Working closely with clinical directors to ensure timely review and signing of all assessments and services plans.
  • Providing BHP oversight/supervision at minimum 1 every 2 weeks.
