Radiology Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Support Permanent Placement. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a range of imaging procedures for patients of all ages, ensuring the production of high-quality images safely.
Key Responsibilities- Perform imaging procedures for patients, including radiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and nuclear medicine.
- Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of imaging equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Participate in the department's continuous improvement process to enhance patient care and safety.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ARRT certification in 2 or more of the following modalities: Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine Technology, General Sonography, Cardiac Sonography (CCI or ARDMS), or Vascular Sonography (CCI or ARDMS).
- Graduate of an approved AMA-approved program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Licensure in the applicable modalities as required by the State of Florida.
- 6 months of acute care experience.
- Competitive hourly rate: $37.50 - $49/hour (depending on experience).
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus.
