Job Overview

Shift Hours: 7pm - 7:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule (includes weekends)

This role involves operating various injection molding machinery to ensure the production of high-quality items that meet shipping standards for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve production efficiency as per established benchmarks.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure products are free from defects.
  • Prepare products through deburring and cleaning processes to meet quality standards.
  • Package products according to specified guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
  • Provide accurate reports on production output and scrap at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with the outgoing shift to gather essential job information.
  • Report any issues to Team Leaders and supervisors promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including prolonged standing.
  • Basic math skills are necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Regularly lift heavy items.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Consistently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Work for extended periods (up to 12 hours) involving standing, squatting, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
