Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our team at Berean Group International, Inc. The successful candidate will provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
  • Assist more experienced team members with tasks as needed.
  • Work may be reviewed for new or more complex tasks.
  • Provide a wide range of support within a functional area.
  • Follow functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities.
  • Troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years escrow processing experience preferred.
  • Prior FA experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Processor; Escrow; Time Management; Self Starter; Office Experience; Team Player; Problem Solver; Clerical; Remediation.
