Marketing Director

At WonderFold, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, TV, radio, podcast, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role with a growing brand, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2C e-commerce.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• Vision: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Speaking and Hearing: Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings.
• Mobility: Occasionally move about the office to access products and office equipment and attend meetings.
• Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand and/or walk for 4+ hours at a time.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and events. Must be available to work outside normal work hours as needed for events and tradeshows.
