About the Role

Ambercare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs to develop personalized care plans.
  • Coordination of Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Implementation and Evaluation: Implement and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and care coordination.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, charts, progress notes, and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program and licensed in the state.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of clinical practical nursing experience, preferably in intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical surgical nursing.
  • Certifications: Possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
