Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to join our team in the Winnetka area. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral services to children with autism, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one behavioral services to children with autism in a home or community-based setting
  • Implement behavioral plans and strategies to support children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children
  • Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, special education) preferred
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
