**About the Position:**
As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Your expertise in pediatric care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management, will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience as an LPN and current licensure in Kentucky. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients requiring ongoing medical care in their homes.
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on self-care techniques.

* Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
