Key Responsibilities- Provide immunization services to patients, including administering vaccines and monitoring for adverse reactions
- Conduct patient consultations to determine immunization needs and provide education on vaccine safety and efficacy
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate immunization services
- Maintain accurate records of patient immunization history and communicate with patients and providers as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest immunization guidelines and recommendations from reputable sources, such as the CDC and ACIP
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA)
